We collect the data you enter in the forms on our website: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message or questionnaire answers. Technical statistics are also collected when you visit the site (for example, pages viewed and device type).

• to prepare a quote and contract
• to perform a contract if we enter into a cooperation agreement
• to analyse how the website works and how it is used

The legal basis for processing is the steps necessary to enter into a contract, your consent and our legitimate interest in keeping the website running.

We keep data related to enquiries and quotes for up to 2 years if no cooperation agreement is concluded. Contract-related data is kept as long as necessary to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (such as accounting).
